Alphabet Countdown: U Upside down day/ We will do our lesson upside down and backwards today.
Story: The Night Before Summer Camp by Natasha Wing illustrated by Mindy Pierce
Art and letter recognition: Take fish that were decorated yesterday. Cut them out (Mom or Dad, a big brother or sister can help cut some out.) Put the paper clip by its face, place on the floor and go fishing for the letters in your name. Line the fish up to spell your name. If you made other names in your family, work together to catch the fish and spell each name.
Practice writing your name with your dry erase marker.
Have Mom or Dad tape a paper under of your kitchen table and then lie down on your back and make a picture with your crayons for upside down day. Make the picture for one of your grandparents. Mail it to them. Don't forget to have Mom or Dad write a message and you need to sign it.
